Kronos Racing Frame
Introducing Kronos, the next generation of FPV racing frames. Kronos is a collaboration between world champion MinChan "MCK" Kim and seasoned frame designer Mason "Hyper" Lively, which sprung from being unhappy with the existing options. The result is a frame tailor-made for the best drone racing pilots in the world, focused purely on performance and durability.
- 50 grams assembled
- Full T-700 carbon fiber construction
- 5mm arms
Kronos is available in 2 variants, the MCK Edition with a 45-degree rotated stack and a straight version. Rotating the stack 45 degrees reduces how far out some wider ESCs stick out of the frame.
In our pilot's testing, they were able to save 20 grams compared to their previous builds on other frames. However, we did not sacrifice durability: after hundreds of batteries flown, they have only been able to break 2 arms.
Due to the small body of the frame, there are some build constraints. The distance between the front and rear standoffs is 37.5mm. This means most ESCs will need to be mounted "sideways" to fit in the straight stack version. On the MCK edition, anything smaller than the Foxeer Slim 60a will fit without modification. Some larger ESCs may require minor modifications to the main battery pads.
We sell a 50-degree Foxeer mount and all print files can be found here. If you need a print we don't have, contact us and we would be happy to create it for you.
